What is our Return Policy

-New cellular equipment have a 20 days warranty from the day that the item(s) arrive to your store/ship to address.After the initial 20 days, US manufactured and US carrier phones have a manufacturer’s warranty.

-Refurbished & Used have a 60 days warranty from the day that the item(s) arrive to your store/ship to address.

Each returned item must be shipped back to us complete which means matching box with the ESN outside, label, battery, charger, and handset.We will deduct for any missing items. Items must be in same condition as purchased otherwise, they will be returned back to you. The warranty is voided for item(s) that are water/moisture damaged and/or physically abused. Please make sure you pack them well as we are not responsible for damages during transit. Missing item(s) must be reported within 24 hours from received date,for damaged items during transit we will require pictures for insurance claims.

If you have a defective item you must fill out an RMA form, email it back to us. Once we receive your request we will give/email you an approval number (RMA#). Once you have this number, ship it back to us and make sure to write the RMA number inside and outside the box. This is the only way we can keep track of your return(s). We get hundreds of packages daily without an RMA number written outside the box, your return will go to the pile and it will be delayed and/or returned to you.

For buyer’s remorse there is 20% restocking fee. This fee will be based on the current selling price. We can repair certain out-of-warranty items for an extra fee. You will be informed about the costs and it’s up to you whether you want them repaired or not.


How does the RMA Process work

Our technicians will inspect the item(s), if the mal-functions are minor, your item(s) will be repaired and shipped back to you. If they can’t be repaired, we will swap them for the same models. If, and only if, we do not have the item(s) in stock, you will be issued credit. You will get a solution between 2-4 weeks. Most of the time your RMA will be resolved in days.


Who can buy from us

If you are a retailer, wholesaler, distributor or online seller we will require a Tax Exempt card or else we will need to charge sales tax on your purchase.


How can we get on the mailing list and get pricing

You will need to contact us and give us your company name, address, contact info. Once we set up an account we will email you and you will start getting our price list.
