Order Status
When you order ships you will receive a email with your invoice which will include the FedEx/UPS/DHL tracking number on the shipment.
Please discuss any changes with your account manager before shipment of your order.

Your shipping quote will be based on the weight of the order and the destination address it is being delivered to. Your account manager will be happy to get you the most relevant shipping quotes for your order.

Pricing and Billing
As a wholesale buyer you will not need to pay sales tax, but you will need to provide your state’s sales tax resale certificate to be eligible.
If you need any clarification about charges your personal account manager will be happy to help you.
Your invoice will be sent to your email upon shipment, if you need another copy please email your account manager.
As soon as it is applied, your account manager will be happy to assist you with applying your credit towards any future purchase.
Buyer's Guide
- Unit may have moderate signs of use.
- Unit may have 2 small dents or minimal pitting or scratches, but overall, a clean bezel.
- Spiral/Flower on screen. May also have minor (not deep) scratches that may be felt with your fingernail.
- Minimal discoloration either on the bezel or on the back of the housing.
- Combination of imperfections should be minimal on the screen and bezel.
B-STOCK:
- Scratched screen, scratches will be felt with a fingernail
- Bezel may have discoloration and multiple dents
- No excessive pitting or dents.
- Screen and bezel will show signs of use
